Cajun Crawfish Quiche
With Savory Crust
Crust Ingredients:
1 ½ cups all purpose flour
1 ½ tsp thyme leaves
½ tsp cayenne
½ tsp salt
4 tbsp butter (½ stick)
4 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp plain yogurt
Crust Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Spray a 9" or 10" tart pan with cooking spray, or grease with butter.
In a food processor, pulse flour, thyme, cayenne and salt until combined.
Add the butter, 1 tbsp at a time, pulsing until incorporated.
Add the olive oil, pulsing until combined.
